Who they are?
Listo is a fintech that offers payment, credit and financial management solutions for micro, small and medium-sized entrepreneurs in different segments. There are already more than 100,000 customers spread throughout Brazil who rely on its technology to manage their businesses.
The Challenge:
Listo’s great challenge was to create a standard training environment for all the company’s employees, meeting all areas and their people development needs. For this, it was necessary to create a modular platform that understood each of the objectives of each area, in order to develop a playful environment with adequate training for them.
The project:
Thus, Listo created the Sou Listo training platform, a playful and technological environment where each of the employees was directed to specific content and focused on their area.
The platform has more than 16 game mechanics divided into different tracks, each one aimed at a specific target audience within the company. In addition, collaborators can accumulate points for a ranking, coins to exchange for items in a store and medals for progress within the platform!
